A signature selection of our deepest and darkest creations. Perfect for those who hunt for high cocoa in their dark chocolate. Treat a loved one to this, share with a special person, or simply hunker down and tuck into it discreetly - no one has to know.
We think tart and fruity flavours complement the rich indulgence of complements the bitter-sweetness of our dark beautifully. We use limes which grow alongside our cacao trees on our Rabot Estate plantation in Saint Lucia to make our Lime Baby Truffle; tiny but intensely tangy.
For the daring, the bold, our Chilli Praline combines the gentle heat of habanero chilli with a mellow roasted hazelnut praline, wrapped in 70% dark for an added depth of cocoa flavour. Don't worry - this leaves a pleasant tingle, rather than a fiery kick, so you won't need a glass of milk handy to enjoy.
