Woolliam's creamy white fleece isn't as soft as it looks. First sketched, painted and then hand-carved by our talented chocolate sculptress, the original Woolliam is a sweet little sheep who is exclusive to us. Moulded in luscious creamy white chocolate, with milk chocolate detailing, he's almost too adorable to eat!
Our white chocolate contains a minimum of 36% cocoa butter, the natural fat that is cold-pressed from the cacao bean. This, mixed with full cream milk powder and sugar, gives Woolliam a delectably smooth melt and a mellow flavour. His pink nose is coloured with natural dyes - we use nothing artificial in our chocolates, ever.
But what's that Woolliam is leaping over? It's a tiddly pot of caramel chocolate drops, perfect for a bite-sized chocolate snack. We balance our 36% cocoa milk chocolate with caramelised sugar to create a mellow, malty chocolate flavour that will comfort and delight.
